Head Women’s Volleyball Coach

University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) is seeking an experienced individual to lead and expand our Women’s Volleyball program as the head coach. The successful head coach must be able to articulate a vision to develop the program to compete for conference championships while maintaining its strong academic achievement. The coach teaches, develops, manages, implements, and advances the women’s volleyball program within the philosophy, objectives, policies, and guidelines of NCAA Division II, the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and Department of Athletics at the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS). The Head Women’s Volleyball Coach reports to the Director of Athletics.
