Law Enforcement Training Specialist

The Law Enforcement Training Specialist will be involved in several training programs that target members of the law enforcement community, preparing participants in the classroom for simulation training and helping to synthesize and integrate information from required laws, mandates, and policies into practice. The position will additionally utilize Problem-Based Learning to teach efficient critical thinking, as well as provide support, coaching methods, and debriefings with participants during training, utilizing strength-based techniques. The position will serve multiple areas of the Center for State Policy and Leadership.
