Senior Academic Advisor – CBM

The Senior Academic Advisor position is responsible for assisting in the promotion of all graduate and undergraduate programs, student recruitment, student retention, guidance of students through the graduation process, and consultation and assistance in the development of policies relating to advising in assigned academic areas, including non-degree seeking students. In addition, this position coordinates large-scale programs focused on student retention, mentors and trains academic advisors, and assesses advising to enhance and expand student support services. This position may supervise Advisors, Associate Advisors, and Associate Online Advisors, coordinating duties, projects, and advising loads in collaboration with deans and/or other department heads.
