The financial aid representative assists with awarding financial aid to students in accordance with federal, state, and university regulations, policies, and guidelines. The financial aid representative also serves a critical front-facing role to welcome visitors and determine the nature and purpose of Financial Aid guests. Directs and/or escorts campus guests to destination and provides information regarding Financial Aid and Enrollment Management as a whole. Reports students and their family’s feedback to the appropriate Financial Aid personnel.
