Accounting Associate

The Accounting Associate position is responsible for working in coordination with Director of Research & Sponsored Programs Post-Award and the Director of Budget and Finance. This position will oversee the administration of sponsored programs financial activity, including state and federal financial aid grants and loans. It is also responsible for maintaining the data necessary for assuring compliance with applicable institutional policies and procedures, rules and regulations of the sponsoring agencies, the employing institutions, applicable state and federal requirements and contractual obligations. This position will also provide administrative oversight with regards to the Budget Office to ensure operations are consistent with University, State and Federal policies and guidelines.
