Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in education, student affairs, testing administration, or a related field.
Experience in test administration, academic services, or a related higher education setting.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and uphold academic integrity standards.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and testing software platforms.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in education, counseling, or a related field.
Experience with standardized testing programs and accommodations for students with disabilities.
Knowledge of FERPA regulations and ADA compliance in educational settings.
Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and student information systems (SIS).
Summary of Duties:
Responsible for the administration, coordination, and oversight of testing services at Central Ohio Technical College to include 3rd party testing.
Ensures the integrity, security, and accessibility of all testing processes, including placement exams, standardized tests, accommodated testing, and faculty-requested assessments.
Works closely with faculty, staff, students, and external testing agencies to provide a seamless and compliant testing experience.
Location: Newark
Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PMOccasional Evenings and Weekends as neededThis is an onsite position. Remote work is not available.
