The reception desk is in the Enrollment Management Lobby is a busy, hi-traffic, entrance/hallway. Doors frequently open and close. This person performs simple, repetitive, clerical/office support activities, including the use of computer and phone systems. The front-facing individual serving in this role serves as clerical and administrative support and customer service for Admission and Enrollment Management calls and information.
