Superintendent of Buildings
This position is responsible for the supervision and development of the building services staff engaged in maintenance, custodial, and moving support services. Reports to the Director of Facility Operations.

This position is responsible for North Campus electrical shop operations, staff supervision, and performance of electrician duties, under the direction of the Construction Superintendent.
