The Office Administrator plays a vital role in helping ensure day-to-day operations in the Provost’s Office run smoothly in support of the University’s academic mission. This role provides administrative support to multiple leaders and teams, balancing routine business process and record management priorities with special projects. You’ll collaborate closely with colleagues and university partners, manage digital records, ensure web content is up to date and accessible, and use a variety of online systems to deliver timely, accurate service.
