Head Women’s Flag Football Coach

University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) is seeking an experienced individual to lead our Women’s Flag Football program as the head coach. The successful head coach must be able to articulate a vision to build the program and develop it to compete for championships while ensuring academic achievement. The coach teaches, develops, manages, implements, and advances the Women’s Flag Football program within the philosophy, objectives, policies, and guidelines of NCAA Division II, the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and Department of Athletics at the University of Illinois Springfield (UIS). The Head Women’s Flag Football Coach reports to the Director of Athletics.
