Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field required.
Two (2) years of experience in a marketing, communications, or professional level support role position preferred.
Experience coordinating marketing campaigns, advertising events, or cross-functional projects is highly desirable.
Proficiency with financial operations such as purchase orders, invoicing, budget management and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
Strong organizational, written, and verbal communication skills essential.

Summary of Duties:
Under the general direction of the Director of Marketing and Public Relations, this position provides advanced administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Marketing and Public Relations Department. Serving as a key liaison between the department and internal campus partners, this role facilitates cross-functional communication and project coordination.
The position supports the Director in the development and implementation of advertising and promotional strategies. Responsibilities include managing advertising schedules, tracking campaign performance, and maintaining a comprehensive archive of marketing assets. Additionally, this role oversees intake and tracking of service requests, prepares and analyzes reports, coordinates vendor communications, and ensures accurate and timely processing of procurement, budgeting, and invoicing activities.
Location: Newark
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm. Occasional evening and weekends may be required for events
