Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and two (2) years professional experience in counseling, advising, or a related field. A master’s degree in a related field may be substituted for years of experience. Demonstrated experience using a personal computer, office software such as MS Office and electronic mail. Requires a valid Ohio driver’s license. Requires a successful completion of a background check. Demonstrated ability to:
o Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.o Establish and maintain effective working relationships with faculty, staff, students and the public.o Work in a fast-paced, demanding environment.o Interpret degree program requirements and assist students in the achievement of the requirements.

Summary of Duties:

The College Credit Plus Enrollment Navigator serves as the primary enrollment contact for K-12 partners, students, and parents participating in the College Credit Plus program within an assigned territory. The CCP Enrollment Navigator guides students through the CCP application and enrollment processes and serves as the academic advisor to a caseload of students. This position supports continuation of high school partnerships and leads recruitment, admission, and matriculation efforts of CCP students in an assigned territory.

Location: Newark

Work Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm.Evenings and weekends are required to support various events.Travel will be required.
