Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach

University of Illinois Springfield (UIS) is seeking an experienced individual to lead and expand our Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field program as the head coach. The successful head coach must be able to articulate a vision to develop the program to compete for conference track & field championships while maintaining its spot among the top cross country programs in the GLVC.

The coach develops, manages, implements, and advances the men’s and women’s cross country and track & field programs within the philosophy, objectives, policies, and guidelines of NCAA Division II, the Great Lakes Valley Conference (GLVC), and Department of Athletics at the UIS. The Head Men’s and Women’s Cross Country and Track & Field Coach reports to the Director of Athletics.
